Although small and quite remote, The Three Chimneys has a very high public profile and has established a long-standing reputation over 24 years in business, under the ownership of Shirley and Eddie Spear. Many top UK and Scottish awards and Press accolades have been showered on The Three Chimneys.
Eddie and Shirley continue to manage their business hands-on and are always on the lookout for professionally motivated staff who are customer focussed, to compliment their teams. Opportunities may be available in every department from time-to-time in:- the kitchen brigade, office and reception, housekeeping, or restaurant front-of-house.
