Although small and quite remote, The Three Chimneys has a very high public profile and has established a long-standing reputation over 26 years in business, under the ownership of Shirley and Eddie Spear. Eddie and Shirley continue to manage their business hands-on and are always on the lookout for professionally motivated staff who are customer focussed, to compliment their teams. Opportunities may be available in every department from time-to-time in:- the kitchen brigade, office and reception, housekeeping, or restaurant front-of-house.

We are offering brilliant job opportunities for Junior and Senior Waiting staff from Trainee Commis to Chef de Rang level. We also need a Junior Sommelier. If you are are on course to pursue Hospitality as a career and succeed at the very top of the restaurant business, The Three Chimneys offers you an unrivalled opportunity to train and build your experience and your CV. Starting salaries range from £12,500 for young trainees with no, or little experience,
to £17,000 for more Senior, experienced staff - all with several excellent benefits, including subsidised
accommodation if required. Salary for Junior Soimmelier, will depend upon age and experience.

We require applicants who are passionate about the Scottish Tourism and Hospitality Industry, which plays such an important role in Scotland's economy. We offer our customers a high level of professional service, but place as much
importance upon a warm welcome and friendly engagement too.

Expert training in the workplace is the best way to learn, but we are keen to develop our staff and work closely with West Highland College UHI offering the opportunity to gain qualifications if required, from a Modern Apprenticeship, right
up to BA degree level. Most important of all, you must bring your own personality and commitment to The Three Chimneys and truly want to work with our team at our legendary restaurant here in the Isle of Skye. We place emphasis upon knowledge of Scotland, Scottish food and the source of our fabulous local ingredients.

A driving licence and own transport would be a huge advantage to you living and working in Skye. Our brand new extension is now complete, providing great staff facilities at work and a fantastic new kitchen.
